Night Visit: April 21, 1999

My eyes opened to two pillars above me. What was strange was my view was looking up at the pillars while I was lying on my back. As I turned my head to my left to figure out why I was in a lying position, I realized that my arms were restrained. It felt like my arms were chained to the pillars. I could see that I was lying on a huge porch with 4 massive pillars to support the porch roof. I looked at the structure of this building; I saw immediately that it was a church. The outside was white with marble pillars, typical southern Greek style architecture. As I was lying there I could see behind me, and I turned in the spirit to face the massive church. Note: I could see myself still bound to the pillars. I stood upright facing the front of the church. The walls of the front of the church were transparent. I could see that the outside world and the inside of this church had become one at the front entrance. There were no longer any barriers from the outside to the inside. In the spirit I was above the congregation, and I saw that the church was full. I waited to see what was to transpire next. I looked to the front of the church and saw that there was a door and it was open. It seemed strange to me to see a door frame with no supporting walls around it.

Standing in the open door with her back to the congregation was a beautiful woman, ..... naked. I could also see myself bound to the two pillars. I then looked to the front of the church (inside) and saw the preacher. I saw the people starting to file out of the church and leave through the open front door. There were only about four people left in the pews. The preacher stepped down from the podium, fell to his knees, held his head in his hands, and started weeping. I then left from inside the church and was back again between the two pillars. I looked to the left and saw the gorgeous naked woman. She was so beautifully evil. She leered, laughed, and was bent upon mesmerizing the people. You could sense that her intent was to lead them to the slaughter.

The congregation filed outside into the open air and were seated on the ground, which had grass. The beautiful woman somehow turned inside out as she turned to shut the doors to the church. There seemed to be a spiritual and physical bar on the door of the church. The door was shut, and I heard the sound of the lock. The people inside the church were locked inside and those outside could not return. Then I saw the evil naked woman turn to speak. I turned my head and we locked eyes. With great authority I took command over her in the spirit and forbid her to speak before me. I then raised up upon my knees and pointed my finger to the congregation which now had changed and were no longer a part of the church. I said in an audible voice, " do not partake of her, do not look at her." I saw that they were craving after her. Men and women alike had the same intense desire as lust filled the air. She glowed and glistened with beautiful evil. As the people started to gaze at her, their faces changed before my very eyes. They became one with her, they looked like her and mirrored her demeanor.

With all the strength I had I raised upon my knees again, and with all the intensity I could muster, my voice booming this time, I said to each person with my eyes running to and fro looking into his or her eyes, "do not partake of her, do not look at her." They heard my statement but chose to listen to her. I fell back with my arms still bound to the pillars and felt my strength failing. I was covered with a white cloth robe that was tattered and torn. I could feel my wounds and the strength leaving my body. The dream started to fade as I watched myself slowly ebbing away between two pillars. I awoke immediately and my thought and words aloud were "Oh, my Lord Jesus, they killed the prophet Zacharias in Jerusalem between the Temple and the altar, are they going to kill again between the pillars of Your house?" I could still feel the effects of my wounds and I had little strength even after 8 hours of sleep.

PROLOGUE

WStS NOTE: All emphasis is Dr. Martin- NOT WStS

There was nothing unusual regarding Jeannette's reception of this visitation nor my revelation of it from the Holy Spirit like in the past. For this reason we wondered whether or not we should make a page for it on our web site, especially in light of its graphic portrayal of the harlot. There is no question, however, about who the naked woman is and what she is up to. But for anyone who might read this page and who is not knowledgeable about the "New" Theologians in Christendom or about the book of Revelation in the Holy Bible, the Interpretation is submitted forthwith.

This night vision is about a harlot leading the church - corporately represented here --away from its moorings in doctrine. Jeannette saw a traditional Protestant church building with pillars holding up its porch roof and having a steeple reaching to the sky, a church that one can typically see dotting the landscape from the Atlantic coast to the Pacific ocean. The scene is definitely portraying what is happening in Protestantism today. The question is who is the harlot and who does Jeannette represent? These are the two questions for which I have asked the Holy Spirit to give me the answers.

THE NEW BREED

"The church of the nineties will not be a weak church, it will be a strong church, so strong that people will say there is no love in it. There will be love in it, a love of purity and right order in the church that eliminates rebellion. It will be a forceful church, a kingly church, an influential and attacking church, a military church, single-minded in purpose, zealous, absolutely fanatical."

These are the words of a Word of Faith teacher, but does this sound like the great commission of Jesus or the words of Paul? Hear Paul:

2 Corinthians 6:3-10

3 Giving no offence in any thing, that the ministry be not blamed:

4 But in all things approving ourselves as the ministers of God, in much patience, in afflictions, in necessities, in distresses,

5 In stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labours, in watchings, in fastings;

6 By pureness, by knowledge, by longsuffering, by kindness, by the Holy Ghost, by love unfeigned,

7 By the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armour of righteousness on the right hand and on the left,

8 By honour and dishonour, by evil report and good report: as deceivers, and yet true;

9 As unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and, behold, we live; as chastened, and not killed;

10 As sorrowful, yet alway rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things. (KJV)

Both passages above were spoken by ministers of Jesus, but can you sense a difference in the tone of each one? The first is definitely militaristic and forceful while Paul speaks as a gentle, ambassador of God bent on doing the will of God in spite of persecution which Jesus told his followers they would have. The unnamed speaker of the first quotation sounded like he was the one about to do the persecution, whereas Paul was the recipient of such. Since persecution can come as a result of doing right, or of doing wrong [1 Peter 2:19,20; 3:13,14],

• "For this is thankworthy, if a man for conscience toward God endure grief, suffering wrongfully. For what glory is it, if, when ye be buffeted for your faults, ye shall take it patiently? but if, when ye do well, and suffer for it, ye take it patiently, this is acceptable with God" (1 Peter 2:19,20).
• "And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good? But and if ye suffer for righteousness' sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled" (1 Peter 3:13,14).

we must be diligent to see that we are persecuted for righteousness sake. Peter further explains in his second letter [3:15,16] that we should be "ready always to give an answer to every man ...a reason of the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear...Having a good conscience that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ." Now our task is to see what message God is sending with this vision to His church so that we can know if we are in the right camp, the camp of righteousness.

Did you wonder why the church Jeannette saw had no facade? She said the front wall was transparent meaning it was not there. I submit that the wall was transparent because the doctrines holding up the church have been watered down so much that they are no longer visible or recognizable. Nothing is absolute nor black or white. All is some shade of gray. No one wants to say this is the boundary, you can go this far and no further. Anything is tolerated because dogma is limiting and we ought not to put God in a box we are told. Since the front wall was gone, any teaching can and has entered the church. Psychology has made its way into the sacred halls of the church via Christian counseling. Even Roman Catholicism now accepts evolution as truth. Since music is neutral, so they say, and has no language of its own, we can rock and roll our way to God. The church is truly in a state of disarray and unless Jesus comes soon there will not be any Christians left contending for the faith. "...When the son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?" [Luke 18:8]

Lest we lose all hope take note that there were a few, albeit very few, who did not bite the bait of Belial. Considering that one definition of whore means "to compromise principles for personal gain" we ought to see if the church has made any compromises. How did the last Laodicean church become so rich? Why did Jesus have nothing good to say about her? Did she engage in spiritual promiscuity as the term whore implies? Is compromising the truth so as not to lose one's monetary constituency a serious thing? And what if one is sincere in compromising in order to gain converts to the cause of Christ? These are questions each person must ask and answer for himself in order to stand before God and escape all these things that shall come to pass [Luke 21:36]. No one can stand before God for another. We must all stand before the judgment seat of Christ having worked out our "salvation with fear and trembling" [Philippians 2:12].

I believe that this vision comes as a serious and final warning message from the Lord in this last year of the 6th millennium since creation. We have seen the depths of deception that is coming to the church. We must decide whether or not we are going to sit on the lawn with the world or become the targets of persecution on the porch. The Inquisition may get heated but I believe that the Bible teaches that if we will hold fast to the doctrines taught by the Protestant Reformationists which the Philadelphian church represents, we will be kept "from [the Greek word "ek" meaning "out of"] the hour of temptation which shall come upon all the world to try [test] them that dwell upon the earth" [Revelation 3:10]. If we are kept "out of" the Tribulation, then we are not going to be here. Hallelujah! And, Praise the Lord! God is good and will take care of His children who will remain true to the truth. "Thy Word is Truth!" [John 7:17].

SPIRITUAL WICKEDNESS 1


THE HARLOT

Who is this woman? I believe we will find the answer in Holy Scripture in the 17th chapter of the book of Revelation. Is she an undercover person whose agenda is hidden? A New Ager or a New Breed one? Is she the Catholic Church or paganism? Perhaps she is Cabalistic Judaism or ancient mysticism. Perhaps oriental monism, or pantheism, or tribal witchcraft, or shamanism. She might even be secular humanism or the god of some cult. I believe she is a compendium of all of these and more. It is my opinion that she is a spirit whose job is to bind all the aforementioned religious segments together along with others in order to give the beast whom she rides life and power. Without her help the political world would not have the authority it needs to rule, i.e., the consensual agreement of the peoples of the nations.

God-seeking and worship is a deeply rooted phenomenon in man and is what motivates him to behave in certain ways. It matters not whether the god that man seeks to worship is outside himself, whether it is a force, or whether it is himself in the self-delusion that he is a little god, man still must fill the void that the Creator God made in humans. He made man with a missing part which only He can fill. He did it so that He could dwell in him: "...as God hath said, I will dwell in them, I will walk in them...Wherefore, come out from among them and be ye separate...and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you." [1 Corinthians 6:16,17]. Therefore, the political beast of Revelation 17 is dependent upon religious Babylon for its life. This is why the harlot is seen riding him. She is in control of him.....at least temporarily [See verse 16 if you want to know how it comes out].

This harlot spirit has been given a name in Scripture. John names it the "antichrist spirit" whereas Paul calls it the "mystery of iniquity". They are the same thing, however, and both John and Paul had the revelation that this spirit was the spirit of the last time or last days.

I Jn 2:18
18 Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. (KJV)

The word for time in the above is the Greek word [hora] for hour. It is used in the Bible for an instant, an hour, a day, or a season. Thayer defines it as any definite period of time. The apostle Peter speaks of the "last days" as being a part of his time frame when he referred to Joel's prophecy about the outpouring of the Holy Spirit on all flesh in the last days and not just prophets, priests, and kings as during the Old Testament period [Acts 2:16,17].

• "But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel; And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams" (Acts 2:16,17).

Paul speaks about the last days as being a part of his time span in Hebrews:

Hebrews 1:2

2 (God) hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; (KJV)

Peter not only mentions the last days as in his era but he explains it for us:

2 Peter 3:3-8

3 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,

4 And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.

8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. (KJV)

According to verse 8 the last two thousand years since Jesus' appearance on earth has only been a couple of days as far as God is concerned. This explains why Paul and Peter could speak of their time frame as in the last days. Hosea also conveyed the concept of thousand-year days when he said in chapter 6 verse 2 that God would revive Israel after "two days" and on the "third day" He would raise His beloved Israel up to live again as His anointed nation from which He would rule the world during the last thousand-year "day" of rest, the 7th millennium.

• "After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight" (Hosea 6:2).

MYSTERY BABYLON

We learn from Scripture that Paul's "mystery of iniquity" is this mysterious Babylonian spirit of Revelation 17:5.

• "And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH" (Revelation 17:5).

It is also the antichrist spirit of John. Since they both point to the same thing, both are in control of the seventh empire of verse 10.

• "And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space" (Revelation 17:10).

This resurrected empire is the Revived Holy Roman Empire out of whom its harlot spirit is revived as well. This harlot has all the earmarks of the Catholic church, which controlled the Holy Roman Empire during the Dark Ages and which instigated a terrible reign of terror over its own people through a heinous process known in history as the Inquisition. Jeannette's flogging along with being chained to the church in the vision represents a revival of a reign of terror by church leaders over its own Christian brethren who refuse to follow their "new" theology. Is it the Catholic Church? I believe it is larger in scope.

Remember the initial quote in the beginning of this paper spoken by a supposedly man of God? The message is militaristic, intolerant, heady, and unrelenting. It implies that the church has a destiny to become the head and ruler of a reformed world restored to its foreordained place where God can dwell. The new wine is conditioning her for her role. This new doctrine of Dominionism has replaced the old traditional doctrines of Christian Orthodoxy which teaches that according to prophecy the world will not be changed for the better but will need a thorough cleansing by fire before Jesus can set up His Kingdom. I believe that the movers and shakers of the new theology are unwittingly working for Satan in the establishment of his Antichrist kingdom, the eighth [Revelation 17:11],

• "And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition" (Revelation 17:11).

where the last go-around of the rule of Darkness will obtain. This final eighth kingdom of the devil will turn on the harlot and decimate her [verse 17]

• "For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled" (Revelation 17:17).

because Satan hates all of mankind and especially Jews and Christians. He has no mercy for those who work in conjunction with his purposes.

The harlot church fornicates [networking?] with unbelievers as well as believers in this ecumenical push towards a one world religion by the year 2000. This is the reason Jesus called the woman a harlot through John the Revelator [Revelation 17:2].

• "With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication" (Revelation 17:2).

I have heard on tape from the lips of some highly visible church leaders themselves that they were knighted as Knights of Malta a few years ago in the early part of this decade. Moreover I personally heard them admit to consorting with some heads of state. Will they be the shock troops who decimate the dissenters of unification as the Knights of Malta protected the Pope and his Holy Roman Empire during the Middle Ages?

The kings of the earth with whom the harlot fornicates is Political Babylon whose very life is not possible without her clandestine meetings with governmental heads. She connives with her lovers for control in return for convincing her vast constituencies that it is in their interests to ride the beast. [Study Revelation 13 and 17.] Could programs such as DAWN 2000 (Disciple A Whole Nation), JIM (Jesus In Me), March for Jesus, ECT (Evangelicals and Catholics Together), etc. be aiding the furtherance of the Antichrist's kingdom? I do not believe any participants of these and other programs intentionally want to bring in a Dark Kingdom instead of the Kingdom of Heaven. But it does look like the Kingdom Now thrust is abetting Satan's cause simply because they want a Kingdom now and are not willing to wait for Jesus Himself to return.

The New Theology teaches that Jesus cannot come back till the church is unified. Unity at all costs has been the new driving force in Christendom since the 1980s. Those who oppose this position are considered antichrists and must be eliminated so Jesus can come back. This is the reason Jeannette was chained to the pillars in the vision. She depicted the dissenters who contend for the faith and who warn against unification at all costs. Her waning energy implies she is losing the battle and she begs the unsuspecting followers of this harlot not to look at her beauty - love, peace, brotherhood, etc. - because it would seduce them. The fact that she succumbs to the beating she has taken from those who accuse her of having a Jezebel spirit, a critical spirit, a controlling spirit, or a heresy hunting spirit is not to suppose that they have done away with her for good because I believe it is only her doctrinal position of Protestantism that falls to the weight of the flogs. The chaste virgins will be taken out of the world as their message is lost in the mingling of the seed. We see them protected inside the church, a type of ark of protection such as Noah's was, which has been shut by the harlot. 2 There are very few left who have not succumbed to her allurements. More and more the Christian message is not allowed to speak as laws everywhere become more stringent and muzzle her mouth through threatened imprisonment. When the New World courts take over the rule, the death knell to the church will have been sounded.

THE JUDAS GOAT

Have you ever heard of a Judas goat? That's the animal that leads the sheep to the slaughter through a narrow passageway. Just before they reach the chute leading to their death the Judas goat takes a turn away from the end at the terminal point of the passage and the gate is shut behind him, but the sheep already in the slaughter passage cannot follow nor turn around and stupidly proceed to their deaths. Shades of Pied Piper! For readers who might not know who Judas was, he was the disciple who betrayed Jesus. Did not the harlot lead the church members out of safety? Was she not acting as a Judas goat? She led them out of the safety of Protestantism and then shut the door and barred it behind her. This connotes that there is no means of escape for those who leave Protestantism just like the sheep that entered the chute.

Goats are symbolic of Gentile unbelievers in the same way that sheep symbolize believers in Scripture. At the end of the age we read where Jesus is going to separate the goats from the sheep. The unbelieving goats will be put on his left hand, meaning they are not of His family, but the sheep will be placed on his right hand because they are part of His family [Matthew 25:32,33].

• "And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left" (Matthew 25:32,33).

The believing sheep, both Gentiles and Jews, enter the millennium for we find many prophetic passages in the Old Testament which speak of Gentiles coming to Israel bearing gifts for them and King Jesus.

Do you recall that Jeannette was chained between the two pillars on the right side of the porch? The first thing she did was turn her head to the left to try to determine why she was where she was. Does this propose that the sheep, which the harlot goat was leading, were not really of God's family? Replacement theology instructs that Israel has no place (the reason for its name) in God's program of events anymore, that the church as spiritual Israel has replaced the Jews as God's chosen people, and that God has no more use for a literal Israel. Many people leaving denominationalism hold to Replacement teaching. Since the action in the vision took place to Jeannette's left side, it suggests that the people leaving the church are goats and not sheep. They think they have become Israel via the spirit, but it appears as if this vision is proposing that they are in reality Gentile goats, and Israel still has a place in God's plan of the ages. I appeal to the Scriptures:

Rom 11:1

1 I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin...

25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: (KJV)

There is a further warning about the dangers of embracing Replacement Theology:

Rev 3:9

9 Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee. (KJV)

Somewhere there are people who think they are Jews but are not, and God says they are of the congregation of Satan. Folks, these are worrisome words. Even if I thought it, I do not think I would say I had replaced Israel and am now a Jew because this shoe can easily be worn by Replacement Theologians.3

Being a dissenter Jeannette was chained to the pillars undergirding the church roof of Protestantism symbolizing the reason she had taken a beating. The flogging occurred before the door was closed indicating it is going on right now before the finalization of church unification. In other words dissenters who have decided to contend for the faith Protestantism promotes can expect more harassment in the future. Even though Protestantism is being badgered from without by the secular media and from within by compromising brothers there are still some who carry the torch for truth and the doctrines that freed the people from the Dark Ages and from the Inquisition. Now that the corporate church seems to be moving back into the camp of Catholicism through its unity at all costs stand, it appears like those who dissent this merger will have to undergo another period of Inquisition. The Inquisition caused many to die in the Middle Ages and we know from the book of Revelation that there will be many martyrs during the last seven-year period of the Jewish Age. It's possible that the first group of martyrs could be those who miss the rapture but dissent to a United Religions of the world constraint (during the first 3 1/2 years); and the last group could possibly be comprised of people whose eyes are opened, who refuse to take the mark, and who come out of the harlot church herself in response to the angelic appeal of Revelation 18:4.

• "And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues" (Revelation 18:4).

SPIRITUALITY OR HARLOTRY?

Most Christians being ignorant of prophecy have little or no knowledge of what the antichrist spirit entails. 4 This night vision gives a graphically true picture of how this spirit will take over the world -- through the seduction of Christianity. Jeannette tried to warn the people not to look at the whore. Why? Because she looked good and they would be bewitched. Her gorgeous body revealed no flaws, and indeed does not love, unity, brotherhood, laughter, peace and safety sound good? The church was practically emptied by her charm. The traditional church with its beautiful edifices and dead liturgy is no match for the panoply of pseudo spirituality chicly dressed in worldly attire. Lucifer's dolled up false bride glows with charisma to cover up the fact that she has on no clothes. We read in Scripture what her attire consists of - riches, abundance, possessions - and yet with all this she has nothing with which to cover her nakedness [Revelations 3:17].

• "Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked" (Revelation 3:17).

Christians ignorantly followed the whore outside of the protecting walls of Protestantism into the world where they sat down with Earth lovers on the green grass of the lawn. Is not the green cross the symbol of the Environmental Movement, a mockery of Jesus' cross covered with blood? Should the church be mingling with these people at the UN? The poor pastor was so overwhelmed by the seduction of his people that he began to cry. He could represent Jesus who lamented over blind Jerusalem as He made His way to the cross [Luke 13:34].

• "O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which killest the prophets, and stonest them that are sent unto thee; how often would I have gathered thy children together, as a hen doth gather her brood under her wings, and ye would not!" (Luke 13:34).

In the vision most of the church members turned their backs on Him as did the disciples of Jesus when their milk got too hot.

John 6:60, 66,67

60 Many therefore of his disciples, when they had heard this, said, This is an hard saying; who can hear it?

66 From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.

67 Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away? (KJV)

Like the disciples in Jesus' day most Christians prefer the lukewarmness of easy living, fun and frolic worship, and sermonettes to the hard sayings that labor a new birth.

THE "NEW" HARLOTRY

Prostitutes parade their bodies in order to show off their "stuff", to bargain their merchandise, and to ensnare their victims through the eyes. Remember that Eve "...SAW that the tree was good for food and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise..." [Genesis 3:6].

THE "NEW" FOOD

The Holy Spirit and His gifts have become the food of choice for many Christians because manifestation of spirits is exciting. It's bewildering to the eyes, and desired as a tool to make one powerful and hopefully wise - perhaps even a manifested Son of God! Some consider it preferable over meditating on "the sincere milk of the Word," the means by which God has ordained that we grow [1 Peter 2:2] because it's quick and sensational. Meditating on the Word of God takes discipline. One reason that the antichrist spirit has a home in the charismatic camps is because it is undisciplined, disorderly, largely ignorant of Scripture, and enamoured over the gifts of the Spirit. I have even heard that people are told in some groups to leave their Bibles at home. They would not need them in these "wildfire" [strange fire? 5 (Leviticus 10:1,2)] settings because they would experience God through the gifts. If I remember right, Jesus said we would live by "every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God," - His written Word [Matthew 4:4].

Does not nature itself teach that it is immature children who need experiences? This is the whole idea behind the Head Start Program in education, i.e., to give deprived children opportunity to experience. The Bible assumes that adults can reason and therefore do not need to depend upon experiencing as the preferred method in approaching God. "Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool" [Isaiah 1:18]. A few people may have sensational experiences upon salvation, but as a rule they do not. Experiences will not sustain you when the trials of life come and your faith is tested. When the symptoms of recurring ailments or circumstances return to test your faith, you will not be able to call upon your past exuberant experiences to help you overcome. That's because experiences have no life of their own. Once they are gone, they are gone. But words have lives of their own and God's Words are a fountain of pure water bubbling up into life eternal.

Jesus said:

John 6:63

63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. (KJV)

Experiencing is bound up in the flesh. It's the result of impressions on our fleshly senses. Note that Jesus said the flesh profits nothing. Words are spirit, and Jesus' Words are life. Most of the words humans speak are unprofitable because they constantly speak things promoting death. If we could only realize that words are powerful and our mouths are the rudders controlling our circumstances, we would be able to stop Satan from ever getting a foothold in our lives. James said our mouth "setteth on fire the course of nature" [James 3:6], and what he means is that it is the instrument directing everything in life. Neurologists have discovered that the speech center of the brain controls our nervous system. Speaking calmly and gently aids digestion and reduces tension whereas angry words elevate the blood pressure.

What we say either empowers God to work on our behalf or the devil. In other words we license Satan to operate in our lives when we do not control what we say. Read this James passage and meditate on it a long time if you doubt this. If you do not like what you are experiencing, check up on what you have been saying because not only is this the teaching of James, but Jesus said as much in Mark when He said we can have what we say [Mark 11:23].

• "For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith" (Mark 11:23).

If we can have it, then if we find that we have what we do not want, the opposite has been obtained, and we have been saying more often that which we do not want. More emphatically, you will have what you say. If you want your family circumstances to be different, then start saying what you want. Quit saying what you have because that is what you don't want and each time you say it, you empower Satan to work on behalf of what you just said.

Remember Jesus said words are spiritual and it is for this reason they are powerful. The spirit world overrides and supercedes anything natural. Is that not why people seek supernatural miracles? Being spiritual words motivate action and direct experiences. In other words they have a life of their own in the spirit realm and are in control of what happens here in the natural world. That's why we must study God's Word and not worship at the altar of experiencing God. We must know what God has said and speak only what He says as Jesus did. Then we will be able to walk in the supernatural producing miracles for the glory of God as He did.

Experiences are sensual and therefore responders to what we think. What we think is the result of what we hear. Therefore, change your thinking and get in line with the Word of God. Expect good things to happen. If God says He will protect you and get you out of here before the Tribulation starts, start believing it and saying it. Don't let the "doom-stayers" steal your hope. Keep on "looking for that blessed hope and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Savior Jesus Christ" [Titus 2:13], not the Antichrist and his dark kingdom. Look for Jesus to "descend from heaven with a shout...and the trump of God" to "snatch" us out of here [1 Thessalonians 1:17]. You will find more joy in believing you will not have to go through the awful hour of temptation than believing you must experience it.

THE "NEW" MERCHANDISE

Recall that the whore parades her "stuff" in order to entice consorts. Do not some charismatics boast about doing the "stuff"? They allure people into meetings advertising that they will see the power of God at work. They call it Power Evangelism. Persons with emotional problems or physical ailments will find deliverance at their shows, they say. All it takes is "carpet time" on the floor. Never you mind that these same strange (lying?) signs and wonders [2 Thessalonians 2:9]

• "Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders" (2 Thessalonians 2:9).

are displayed in occultic meetings as well. Inner healing, they say, goes deep and is accompanied oftentimes by weird phenomena.

As a retired Developmental Psychologist I can vouch for the fact that these same strange things go on in places like the Esalen Institute, one of the first places to bring this intangible substance into the main stream of American Universities. It is here where I first heard about the possibility of awakening the Kundalini spirit. All it takes is an impartation by the laying on of hands. This spirit can produce the same physical and emotional manifestations which one sees going on in these inner healing church meetings: laughing, roaring, barking, shaking, crying, hissing, ecstatic euphoria, drunkenness, the release of great peace and joy, and a feeling of overpowering love to name a few. Involuntary hyperventilation is not uncommon either. This is when people experience the "fire" of Kundalini. In fact it was because I saw the dangers of these kinds of things being introduced in our educational agenda at the Universities, the avant- garde of all things secular, that I decided I wanted no more part of it. The irony was that as I left this ambiance, I found it creeping into the church via Christian Counseling and now Inner Healing. Psychology reeks with the doctrines of devils who promote these things as legitimate teachings of Scripture and bona fide works of God.

The "stuff" of these meetings is the new power of God, not the blood of Jesus. I had rather live out my life "untouched" by God than to receive a false "touch" of God by accident. Jesus did not go around putting people in bondage to weird behaviors. He "...went about doing good, and healing all who were oppressed of the devil for God was with him" [Acts 10:38]. Whenever you see someone acting strangely you can count on it, they are oppressed of the devil.

Some people might be helped by the laying on of hands, but I would not want to chance it. It might be a wrong spirit being imparted to me. Remember Satan can heal too when it suits his deceptive purposes. The better way to get healed is to meditate on God's Word until faith is developed in His promises to the point of deliverance. In two thirds of the cases in Scripture where we find Jesus healing, He said the faith of the recipient had something to do with it. When asked if Jesus could do anything about the situation where a child was demon possessed, He shifted the responsibility back on the man by saying "if thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth" [Mark 9:22,23]. How do we acquire this faith for deliverance? Through meditation on the Word of God, "for faith cometh by hearing and hearing, by the word of God" over and over and over again [Romans 10:17]. You can count on it, you will never be able to have the faith it takes to move mountains that Jesus talks about in the book of Mark [11:23] without meditating on God's Word.

I am not one who paints all movements with a broad brush. I caught sight of the power of faith way back in the early 1960s way before the Word of Faith Movement got underway as a move of God. I believe that God does move in response to prayer, but the only thing He is tied to is His Word. If His Word ever fails, then He is a liar. If I find that the promises are not working, then I search for the block of scripture that's missing so I can get it in place in the edification [the house] of my soul. That's why we must search the scriptures daily to know the whole counsel of God. Sometimes, even if something is legitimate to pray for, we ought not do it because it would disturb God's program and order of events. It is possible to raise the dead through prayer but what if we did and he died later backslidden? Considering this can we not see a danger of prayer walks with the idea that we will pull down strongholds. Until his time is up Satan is out on bond now with God's permission doing God's will in testing the faith of people. Perhaps we can loosen regional strongholds, but is it best? Will not other spirits come in bringing other spirits more sinister than the ones unseated? [Luke 11:24-26].

• "When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he saith, I will return unto my house whence I came out. And when he cometh, he findeth it swept and garnished. Then goeth he, and taketh to him seven other spirits more wicked than himself; and they enter in, and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first" (Luke 11:24-26).

The strongholds of 2 Corinthians 10:4,5 are the excuses we make not to study the Word. Paul says that the strongholds are "imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God." I take it that this is a directive for Bible study because the only place to learn about God is in His self-revelation, the Bible. This is spiritual warfare to me, fighting against doctrinal concepts contrary to those of the faith with which we have received and convincing men of the truth.

Consider that the first Jesus march in England in 1987 was in May on behalf of the city of London, the place where all the central banks of Europe are located. The strong spirit of target was greed. Sure enough in October of 1987 black Monday arrived where there was a devastating crash of the stock market in London and New York. Was this good? Many people lost their principal holdings, others lost jobs, and others had to declare bankruptcy, etc. Did it change things? Ten years later we find the same greed and corruption in England as there was when the prayer march was held only enhanced. The point is that we need to be very sure that we are not aiding Satan's cause when we start banding together to change things. This is not a brief for prayer abstinence. I personally believe it is in the prayer closets where the power of God is unleashed. God said Elijah was a man just like us but all by himself he prayed and controlled the weather for 3 1/2 years. The prayer of agreement [Matthew 18:19]

• "Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven" (Matthew 18:19).

is a valid option for Christians but I do not believe Jesus intended it to become the basis for reformation of the world as the Dominionists would have us believe.

THE "NEW" WISDOM

Everything noted as enticement to sin in the garden mishap can easily be translated into the "New" Thing or "New" Wave Movement in the Christian church world today. This Movement's penchant for eclecticism in doctrinal positioning is matched only by the Gnosticism of the first couple of centuries of the Church Age. The nearness to the bringing in of the Kingdom of Heaven by Jesus accompanied by His saints has spawned all kinds of weird teachings and strange new revelations most of which do not align with Scripture. Newness causes messiness because boundaries are not clearly defined and indeed, this coming move of God is very messy. The problem is that the "New" Breed of people are getting ahead of God who has a "set time" to bring in His Kingdom [Daniel 11:27].

• "And both these kings' hearts shall be to do mischief, and they shall speak lies at one table; but it shall not prosper: for yet the end shall be at the time appointed" (Daniel 11:27).

The Restoration Movement has decided they do not need God's help, they can do it all by themselves.

I feel sorry for them because they are no match for the devil. They think that because they have the power of attorney to use Jesus' name they are invincible. Yet Jesus, who had the power of attorney to speak for His Father, never abused the use of His Father's name and spoke only those things He heard His Father say from having read the scrolls. He only used His power to deliver individual people from the devil's oppression [Acts 10:38],

• "How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him" (Acts 10:38).

not whole cities or nations as those who are engaged in spiritual warfare are attempting. Jesus could have gotten rid of the Roman government because He said He could call 12 legions of angels to assist Him, but He didn't [Matthew 26:53].

• "Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels?" (Matthew 26:53).

Why? Because His Kingdom is not of this world, and He would have been getting ahead of God's program to have done so.

God's program called for Him to go to the cross then, and it schedules Him to come back again at a "set time." We must be patient and wait for Him. Please recall that it is those who have kept the "word of his patience" who will be kept from the "hour of temptation" [Revelation 3:10]. The people who get ahead of God thinking that they can turn all nations towards Jesus before He cleanses the world by fire are some of those, I believe, Jeannette represents who will have to go through the Tribulation and forfeit their lives. Yes, and indeed they do believe that they will go through the Tribulation. God help them not to take the mark of the beast as they "network" with Satan to set up the kingdom for his Antichrist.

THE BEAUTIFUL SIDE OF EVIL

To understand how the world can be seduced into submission to Satan we must realize that wickedness has a beautiful side to it. Included with obviously bad behavior are activities that are seemingly innocuous and benign. We are told that Satan occasionally comes as an angel of light [2 Corinthians 11:14]

• "And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light" (2 Corinthians 11:14).

even though he is only the ruler of the darkness of this world. His initial sin of pride was covert and superficially unrecognizable, but it led to open oppression and revolt against God and His ordered creation. Lucifer's chameleon behavior is what confuses and deceives people. The people who left the church in the vision were blinded by the harlot's beauty. They were looking to the surface, the near view, and were not looking past her superficiality. Not content with the "manna" of Protestantism they wanted exotic "new" things to contemplate. This is spiritual wickedness. 6 The harlot's agenda was hidden beneath the surface of her dazzling beauty. Her plans are to rule the world not with Christ but instead of Christ, as Jesus' vicar on the earth. This is the reason she is a counterfeit bride of Christ and a harlot. Satan counters everything God plans because there is no truth in him. He has a false bride for his false Christ, second person of his false Trinity. It all sounds so good and promising but none of it is of the Lord. The problem is the same as with the adage of the King, few are willing to stand up and say that the bride has on no clothes.

Her nudity is the result of not having justification for her existence from Scripture. Most of her theological allurements come from "new" revelations and are regarded as true simply because self-appointed leaders claim they cannot be questioned due to the fact that they are the ministers of God. This puts them on the same level as the Pope. But as someone has said, if 50,000,000 people say a foolish thing, it is still a foolish thing.

Wickedness simply means "to be wrong," to rebel against the truth or revealed will of God. This is the sense of the harlotry depicted by the woman in this vision. 7

II Th 2:10-12

10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. (KJV)

The book of Proverbs contrasts righteousness and unrighteousness in several chapters, but the above Scripture in Thessalonians reveals the essence of wickedness. A person is either right or wrong. If one is unrighteous he is wrong, and hence, wicked because he has chosen wrongfully against God's truth. The constant refrain throughout Scripture is, "...if you will do that which is right in God's sight, then..." all the blessings and promises of God are available for you. The point I am striving for in short order (and not very well I'm afraid) is that deception can occur in the white light of day when our perceptual apparatus is working at peak capacity. This is Satan's MO, his method of operating, for if the result of our choices were immediately obvious, no one in his right mind would choose torment nor hell. The church would not fall for black magic, but white magic will attract many unsuspecting believers. Both are wrong, but one is deceptive. That is the role of this harlot, deception as we saw in the above passage of Scripture. Those people who do not subscribe to the Bible's every Word as being inerrant and not capable of being added to will go for the white magic and new wine that is being freely served. They will find themselves in the Tribulational Period translated into the false bride of the Antichrist instead of in heaven having been "caught up" as the real bride of Jesus Christ.

NETWORKING--- SATAN'S MO

It is important for this vision's interpretation to understand Satan's hidden agenda of "networking." This phenomenon is bringing the entire world together under his control, both in the secular world and in the world of religion. Networking is a concept whose time has arrived and the "Net" is full of the working! Networking is Satan's modus operandi for weaving his web of world entrapment for political, economic, and religious Babylon. It is the glue that holds his kingdom together and has become the means for all kinds of prostitution both within and without the church.

Inside the church we find groups who sport a cavalier attitude toward the gospel. They mix its seed with any new revelation from any source be it a person, prophet, pope or an angel. Does this please our heavenly Father? Hear this:

Lev 19:19

19 Ye shall keep my statutes. Thou shalt not let thy cattle gender with a diverse kind [ecumenicalism]: thou shalt not sow thy field with mingled seed [biblical dogma or doctrine]: neither shall a garment mingled of linen and woollen come upon thee [worldliness]. (KJV)

Someone might say, "Since we are under grace and not the law today, the above verse does not apply to the church." I submit Jesus' words:

Matt 5:18-20

18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. [Jesus fulfilled the law for righteousness in His first Advent, and will fulfill it for judgment in His second Advent.]

19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. [From the sermon on the mount we learn that Kingdom standards are higher, not more lax, than Old Testament ones.]

20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven. [We should have a keener sense of purity and separateness for the glory of God, but I think some Christians believe 1 John 1:9

• "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9).

is a license to sin, rather than a license to serve.] (KJV) 8

Folks these are the words of our Lord and every word He speaks will stand forever. We had best heed His warnings. Networking is the craft of New Agers and ought not be engaged in by the church. Yet we can see that the church is unwittingly assisting God's archenemy by aligning with Lucifer's forces as they weave their web of deception. Even Madame Blavatsky, the godmother of the New Age said that the church itself would aid their cause in bringing in the New Age through the production of new Bible translations based on Westcott and Hort's Greek Text. 9

In the Bible whoredom is euphemistically called spiritual adultery, and is an abominable thing in God's sight. By consorting with unbelieving outsiders and by not keeping Bible doctrine free from admixture with "new" revelations from the spirit world, we inadvertently help Lucifer weave his web to bring the world into submission at this time of the end. I believe that the people in the vision who left the church through the allurement of sensual pleasures were good Christians. But because they did not hold the truth in righteousness, and because they lusted after "new" wine in much the same way that the children in the wilderness lusted after more than just manna, they changed the simple gospel message of making disciples of all nations through repentance and belief in Jesus into a mandate to Christianize the world.

The grandiose plans of the Year 2000 celebration which we see happening everywhere will be a large part of the stupefying seduction of the whore. Lucifer's scintillating bride is networking with Dominion Theology and Kingdom Now promoting it as a bona fide new move of God. Not content to wait for Jesus' return they tell us that we must "go for it" now or we'll miss God. They advise people to scrap tradition and old doctrines, yet they establish new ones to put in their place. Of a truth no vacuum exists, for something will fill the void. It seems like everyone is networking everywhere to promote unity, love, and brotherhood for the new millennium. The New Agers want a New Kingdom so each person can be his own god. Dominionists want it so they can rule it in Christ's stead in the form of His corporate body on earth while He remains in heaven. Catholicism wants it so the Pope can be the religious head of the world. The Jews want it so their Messiah can give them rest. I believe that soon we will hear the knell of the headlines, PEACE AND SAFETY. Then sudden destruction will follow hard upon the heels of the covenant made with death [Isaiah 28:15,18].

NETWORKING A PANACEA?

The Bible teaches that after Jesus reigns for a thousand years, Satan, who has been bound during this time, will be loosed for a season.

Rev 20:1-2

1 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.

2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, (KJV)

Rev 20:3

3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season. (KJV)

A natural response is to ask why God would plan such a thing. I submit that it is for the purpose of testing man's volition. Will men choose to serve God and live in a universe with God alone as its sole ruler? Love is predicated upon one's ability to choose freely to serve another. Without freedom of choice there cannot be a real display of love. Hence, God, who is love, has sovereignly chosen to create His subjects, be they angels or men, with freedom of choice to either obey Him or become renegade. Being the first outlaw, Lucifer decided to challenge God's authority. Thus he unwisely chose to violate God's ordered cosmos although his wisdom exceeded all other creatures, and he went about to establish his own kingdom in competition with God's.

Because procreation continues after the millennium Kingdom is set up, those few people who make it through the Tribulation [Zechariah 14:16; w/Matthew 14:22]

• "And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles" (Zechariah 14:16).
• "And straightway Jesus constrained his disciples to get into a ship, and to go before him unto the other side, while he sent the multitudes away" (Matthew 14:22).

and repopulate the earth will have sin natures. They will need to be born again since they are still the seed of Adam until regeneration after which they become the seed of Jesus. These people will need to be tested in order to prove their allegiance towards God as sovereign ruler over all before they can become citizens of God's new heavens and new earth, which will be created at the end of the 7th millennium "day" of rest.

2 Pet 3:10-13

10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,

12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?

13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. (KJV)

Human History (time) Stops

According to the above the Day of God is at the end of the millennium when human history stops. New heavens and a new earth are established. This Day of God is different from the Day of the Lord because there are two different Greek words used. God is the Greek "theos" [v.12] and Lord is the Greek kurios [v.10]. Hence they are not the same. Also, in verse 10 it explains that the dissolving of the old heavens and earth happens "in the which", i.e., during the time span of the day of the Lord which includes the Tribulation and the Millennium. If you don't believe this, read Zechariah chapters 12-14 and underline all the phrases "in that day" and read what the context says is happening in each instance. There is no way that "the day" could refer only to a short period of "wrath" during the end of the Tribulation as some people contend. I am a professional reader having obtained a Master's Degree with emphasis in reading, meaning I am qualified to teach reading in an educational setting, and I can tell you the content of these three chapters infers that the day of the Lord spans 1007 years. Read the text and let it speak to you. Do not try to read into it what someone else has tried to tell you it says. Let the Holy Spirit be your guide. He will not lead you astray. Having said this I now submit that the dissolving of the heavens and earth happens "inside" the day of the Lord, i.e., at the very end. It must in order to harmonize all the Scriptures relating to a new heaven and earth [Isaiah 65:17; 66:22; 2 Peter 3:13; Revelation 21:1].

• "For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind" (Isaiah 65:17).
• "For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the LORD, so shall your seed and your name remain" (Isaiah 66:22).
• "Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness" (2 Peter 3:13).
• "And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea" (Revelation 21:1).

The 8th millennium starts off eternity with a new slate in which no outlaw will be allowed. The beings inhabiting it will have already been tested for allegiance to the only wise God and Savior Jesus Christ.

Rev 20:7-10

7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,

8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. [These are millennium inhabitants who have lived under the rule of righteousness and justice for a long time.]

9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them. [Evidently Satan again ensnared a large gathering to rebel against God.]

10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. (KJV)

From the above we can deduce that perfect environment is not the answer to a sin nature. Many people at the end of the millennium will revolt after having lived in a perfect world for a long time under the reign of Jesus. This proves that Christianizing nations today such as Kingdom Now adherents propose is not the answer to a world in crisis. History shows that whole nations who have turned to the Lord, such as Zaire, reversed their position and are now Islamic, paganistic, or just plain atheistic. The great commission was given to make individual disciples within nations and their holy presence would in turn cause a nation to be blessed just by association. Similarly in the Old Testament we find accounts where surrounding heathen nations were blessed simply because of their proximity to Israel, Tyre and Ninevah being examples. In this manner people's freedom of choice to serve God is not violated.

Dominionists are attempting to Christianize all nations. But Jesus is not at this time an open revelation to the world. The Bible teaches that He will be known only to those whom He calls and who respond to the calling. "I am the good shepherd and know my sheep and am known of mine." Only those who receive Jesus as their shepherd will know who He is [John 10:14], and only those to whom the Father reveals the Son will know Him [Matthew 11:27; Luke 10:22].

• "All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him" (Matthew 11:27).

• "All things are delivered to me of my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and he to whom the Son will reveal him" (Luke 10:22).

Jesus told His disciples just before He left to go back to the Father that the world would not see Him anymore but they would see Him [John 14:19].

• "Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also" (John 14:19).

So presenting Jesus to the world at this time as the answer to the world's problems is futile. Instead of Jesus the world will see the Antichrist and think it is Jesus. This is why when the Antichrist comes he will be received deceptively as the real Christ. The world does not know the real Jesus nor can they know him because He is revealed through the Holy Spirit's work. If anyone rejects the work of the Spirit in convincing him that he is a sinner and needs a savior, then the Holy Spirit's convicting ministry has been rejected, and these people are judged already as unbelievers and hence outlaws to the Kingdom of God even now [John 3:18]. At the right time, however, the world will see Jesus come in great glory [Matthew 24:30].

• "And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory" (Matthew 24:30).

HISTORICAL ROOTS OF NETWORKING

This vision has presented a clear picture of how the whore of Revelation 17 is working -- "networking" to weave her web – in order to seduce the true church into submission to her. The Bible describes her as having had affairs with the nations of the world…"the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication" [v.2]. The cup in her hand symbolizes counterfeit communion with her constituency, and the fact that it is golden means she is very wealthy [v.4].

• "And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication" (Revelation 17:4).

She has been having affairs with the heads of state [v.2],

• "With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication" (Revelation 17:2).

and being a harlot they were illicit. Her name "Babylon the Great" implies that she is more than just a religion. Indeed chapter 18 reveals that she is involved with the economic "affairs" of men as well as having had religious adultrous affairs . This reveals that she is more than just the Christian or Catholic church.

This harlot is the culmination of all religions having come together under a single umbrella. They have conspired with the heads of state to share the rule of the world with them. We have seen that the beast receives its power when the harlot convinces her constituencies to yield to its authority. In sum this woman is an amalgamation of all religions into a body already planned and named, the United Religions [UR], and she rides the United Nations [UN] in control of the beast for a short time. Because she is riding the beast we note a symbiotic relationship between the UR and the UN in the same way that there is a coalition of all the religions of the world for a short time, but because their substances are diverse and not compatible as clay does not mix with iron [Daniel 2:42,43],

• "And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken. And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay" (Daniel 2:42,43).

the whole structure quickly destructs.

The symbiosis of church and state started at the tower of Babel where God was rejected as the only true God. Idolatry began at this point. For this reason God dispersed the people in a manner such that they could not communicate their idolatrous thoughts with each other. But the adultrous mental images were still in the minds of people, which is why the same gods are worshipped in various cultures under different names. When there is a federal governmental head that has control, the people lose ability to make choices, and without freedom of choice love cannot function. Therefore, division of church and state has been a Biblical principle since Babel. It was at Babel that spiritual wickedness began -- worshipping something other than the God of creation. Men fashioned their own gods and thus began spiritual adultery. 10

This vision has unlocked in part the meaning of the words underlined, "MYSTERY BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH" [Revelation 17:5]. A mystery in Scripture is something that has been hidden but revealed in due time to the initiates of the group to whom the mystery applies. Our vision has revealed how the harlot will assemble her dominion at the end of the age through networking, and how the antichrist spirit is the mysterious force building her synagogue. Since you cannot have an antichrist without a Christ, it is the cosmic Christ of the false anointing we see invading Christianity which will be the catalyst to merge all religions together. The Christ spirit of all religions is the key. The new translations of Christian Bibles have done their work in demoting the deity of Jesus so that all religions can now amalgamate with Christianity. 11 The blood of Jesus has been substituted with spiritual experiences as the way to God, and since most religions are looking for a coming anointed Avatar or Prophet, the stage is set to receive Satan's anointed Antichrist as the new savior of a world in crisis. Thus we have induced that she is larger than just the Catholic Church although Rome is one of her biggest paramours. The unification of Protestants and Catholics together has done a great deal to solidify her authority.

SEPARATION OR NETWORKING

Just as the church is the bride of Christ, so is the harlot the bride of the Antichrist and fulfillment of "Mystery Babylon the Great, the Mother of Harlots," and, she is the antitype of the first worldwide consensual assemblage of men at Babel. After Babel, the first multitude of people to come together under one head was in Egypt, which occurred during the seven year famine Joseph predicted in his dream [Genesis 41:14-44 with 47:1-31]. This is the reason the seven-headed beast of Revelation 17:7

• "And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns" (Revelation 17:7).

begins with the Egyptian Empire. It was the first time in history that men gave consensual agreement to submit to one man's authority. The other heads in order were: the Assyrian Empire, the Neo-Babylonian Empire, the Persian Empire, the Grecian Empire, the Roman Empire, the Revived Roman Empire [v.10],

• "And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space" (Revelation 17:10).

and the Revived Grecian Empire [v.11 – the one that "was, and is not, even he is" (the last) and "eighth" one of the Antichrist]. Space does not permit discussion about why I believe it is the Grecian Empire that is revived as the last one.

We have seen that the means of collecting the harlot's constituency is through "networking" or weaving a web as a spider does to obtain its prey. If the Antichrist has a method to gain control and put men in bondage, then God must have a counter method to keep men free. And indeed He does. Counterfeit implies there is something real, the antithesis of something means there is a thesis, and harlotry is the opposite of faithfulness. Forming relationships through networking is the devil's modus operandi, so it's opposite must be God's method to keep men free. As "networking" is the MO of the devil, separation is God's MO. A compromising spirit is useful, even needful, in forming associations; hence, an uncompromising posture towards truth is necessary to serve Jesus and become part of His bride. 12

The Bible teaches that God is in control of things and always will be. "The Lord hath prepared his throne in the heavens, and his kingdom ruleth over all" [Psalm 103:19]. God is not surprised. Intimidation by Satan to act in ways contrary to godliness and righteousness is ordained of God. This means that if we do that which is right in His sight, our heavenly Father will see that we are protected [Exodus 15:26; etc.].

• "And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee" (Exodus 15:26).

The problem is how do we know what is right? The Word of God is the only key. Has God made clear what He wants His people to do at this time in history when so much networking is going on? I believe He has.

Rom 16:17

17 Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.

2 Cor 6:17

17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,

Eph 5:11

11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.

II Th 3:6

6 Now we command you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye withdraw yourselves from every brother that walketh disorderly, and not after the tradition which he received of us.

2 Tim 3:5

5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

Titus 3:10

10 A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject;

Rev 18:4

4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

We read in Psalms 4:3 that "…the Lord hath set apart him that is godly for himself." Throughout the Old Testament people and things were sanctified for God's use. Sanctification means in simple terms "to be set apart." Anything sanctified belonged to God and nothing was to approach Him that was not sanctified. In the New Testament the word for church is "ekklesia," which means "a calling out" and thusly Christians were referred to as "called out ones," people whom God "called to come out" of the sea of nations to be holy. "Be ye holy for I am holy." Can you see the correlation between God's people in the Old and New Testaments? The reason we are called out and set apart for God's service is so that His chosen ones would be different – a peculiar people as Peter and Paul called us [1 Peter 2:9; Titus 2:14].

• "But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light" (1 Peter 2:9).

• "Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works" (Titus 2:14).

How can Christians be peculiar and conform to worldliness? In light of this the implications for engaging in "networking" are staggering. Is it possible to have Christian Rock and Roll music? Is the money unbelievers give to Christian organizations acceptable to God? Should the Templeton prize donated by an avowed New Ager be off limits to believers? Should Muslims and Jews be marching together for Jesus?

The above Scriptures calling believers out of compromising groups say nothing about becoming militant towards the wayward group. Jesus said to bless and curse not. But we see elders of the "new" way placing judgmental curses on people who dissent with their view. They have said that doctrine divides and we ought not to have any. Ironically, that in itself is a doctrine. Write it down as gospel, we live by doctrine, and we'll die by doctrine, whether you like it or not. Many of our brethren in Christ who are networking are lovely people with charismatic charm. They would not hurt anyone intentionally. That's why the deception is so acute. No one wants to call peace, love, and brotherhood a devilish lie. No one would --- except God. "When they shall say 'peace and safety' then sudden destruction cometh upon [the duped ones] as travail upon a woman with child and they shall not escape" [2 Thessalonians 2:3]. Just last night I watched on television the exuberation of the Jews as the hawkish Netanyahue was defeated by a dovish-hawk (or is he a hawkish-dove?). At any rate he is a more peace-loving man for the Prime Minister's office in Israel, and the people love it for they say that the peace talks can now get back on track. How close we are to the Tribulation?!

If you have not covered yourself by the blood of Jesus, I beseech you not to wait any longer to make the commitment to receive Jesus as your Lord. Quickly get translated out of the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of light [Colossians 1:13].

• "Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son" (Colossians 1:13).

God will not reject anyone who wants to follow Him. "Him that cometh unto me I will in no wise cast out" [John 6:37]. It is important that you do so now before the Rapture occurs because once Jesus shouts and blows His last long "tekiah geholah" blast 13 on the Jewish shofar trumpet, there will be no longer time to get yourself ready. The door to escape will have been shut just like in this vision and there's no return from the Tribulation.

CONCLUSION

I have always heard that the harlot of Revelation 17 has historically been viewed as the monolithic Catholic Church even when Catholicism had no rivals. If this long-standing paradigm is true, then the woman in this vision is alluring Christians who have protested against her dogma to come home and join hands with her in evangelizing the world for Christ in the next millennium. Her vision has always been to secure the entire world for Christ. The question is which Christ? We have witnessed the Pope for the last 20 years roam all over the world "networking" to influence people of other religious persuasions to unite under a single umbrella. The unification of religions is almost a fact. The 1993 United Religions of the World conference held in Chicago went a long way to cement the marriage of all faiths. Jeannette's waning life on the Protestant porch symbolized that the final holdout group was no longer a threat. Indeed the gleeful look of the harlot in our vision revealed extreme delight in her triumph.

Given that networking is a New Ager initiative and the devil's scheme for securing his kingdom, is all networking bad? No! Everything depends upon the agenda of the persons or groups involved. Paul and Barnabas formed relationships in various cities and networked with those of like minds to help new converts to become edified and established and to monetarily support believers less fortunate. This is a legitimate use of networking – with those of like mind. Paul taught that believers should not fellowship, have communion, associate, nor join in relationships with unbelievers [2 Corinthians 6:14-18].

• "Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty" (2 Corinthians 6:14-18).

The problem arises when discernment becomes a bad word, when leaders tell us not to analyze or "judge righteous judgment" [John 7:24] in order to measure the accuracy of what is proffered as gospel. Whether obvious or not doctrine is being taught, and for this reason we must be discerning about what is going on. There is a place where one must stand or Ephesians 6:11-18

• "Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints" (Ephesians 6:11-18).

has no meaning. Standing against the wiles of the devil can also mean against doctrinal compromise. But, you contend, that the Bible says we must love the brethren. Then love them from afar because it's dangerous to blindly follow a leader simply because he/she is charming or the church is close by, for neighborhood churches are cropping up everywhere some of whose agenda is questionable.

Do you recall that Jeannette saw the peoples' faces change before her very eyes? In the vision they lusted for the whore and became one with her. We learn in 2 Corinthians that Christians should not give their bodies over to fornication because they are the Temple of God, and to share one's body with another is to become one with that person and out of marriage is to violate the covenant relationship of wedlock. Paul told the Corinthians, "For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ" [2 Corinthians 11:2]. He desperately wanted them to live godly and to remain pure and unpolluted by the world.

The Bible is full of warnings about the consequences of lusting. But remember that there are other types of lust besides sexual – power lust, approbation lust, pleasure lust, greed, and a lust for fame. These constructs are what the harlot in the vision epitomized, and because these are covert mental attitudes not readily seen, most Christian cannot ascertain their presence and get duped. Take money lust for instance. I will not throw the baby out with the bathwater because material prosperity in itself is not wicked. It's the love of money that's the root of evil, but I have yet to hear any prosperity preacher expound on 1 Timothy 6. Paul says there is danger fraught with a desire to be rich. "They that (want to) be rich fall into temptation and a snare…" [v.9]. He also said, "godliness with contentment is great gain" not "gain is godliness" as even Calvin taught. I see nothing wrong with having more than you need, but Paul said "having food and clothing therewith be content" [v.6-8]. It is this type of teaching that ignores the hard sayings, which fashion believers into citizens of the world. Could these be some of the people who mirrored the woman's demeanor in the vision and became one with her?

EPILOGUE

The prophets of old warned of coming judgment to God's people because the priests had not fulfilled their mandate from the Lord to fully teach them in the ways of God, and because they did not, the people went whoring after the gods of the surrounding nations. The priests who should have been exemplars of righteousness were themselves engaging in worldly practices inside the Temple, the worship of Tammuz and the Queen of Heaven being examples. [Read Ezekiel 8:5-18 for a graphic picture of how bad it was]. God spoke through Jeremiah the prophet that "many shepherds have destroyed my vineyard" [12:10]. When true prophets sting the shepherds with prophetic barbs that could upset their house of cards, they will begin to persecute and even imprison them. I believe we are beginning to see a similar move against the truth and those who speak out for God…. but the Inquisition hasn't started yet. Unfortunately the shepherds who need to hear aren't listening. They're too busy "networking."

Jeannette felt herself in the same constraint as Zacharias who was killed between the altar and the Temple [Matthew 23:35].

• "That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar" (Matthew 23:35).

Only she felt her life slowly ebbing away between the pillars of God's House. The messages she has been receiving in the last couple of years are strong, for the whole church, and for the most part unwelcomed, but they are right. Others have been receiving comparable messages for we have been hearing from them. We hope that boldness to hold fast to the truth and to come out of Babylon will be your goal. Finding an uncompromising church today isn't easy, but God will lead you to others of like mind as he has brought us together. Remember that Elijah did not know where the 7,000 were in his day, but God had set them aside for Himself. We believe He will do the same for anyone who wants Jesus as his or her Savior Lord.

This vision has cautioned those who will hear that the same compromising spirit that seduced God's people in the Old Testament is networking today enticing our spiritual leaders to join hands around the world with all faiths. There is very little purity in the body of Christ, but the Bible says that only the pure in heart will see God. What a sobering thought! We can thank God that the restraining Holy Spirit is still around and that God has promised those who speak out and who stand on His Word, that "nothing shall by any means hurt you" [Luke 10:19]. May the Lord bless you in your search for truth, and remember you can have what you say! SO SAY:

Ps 23:1-6 14

1 The Lord is my shepherd [Jehovah-Rohi]; I shall not want [Jehovah-Jireh].

SAY:

2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters [Jehovah-Shalom].

SAY:

3 He restoreth my soul [Jehovah-Rophe]: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake [Jehovah-Tsidkenu].

SAY:

4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me [Jehovah-Shammah].

Praise God, you will be walking in God's covenant prosperity if you'll say the above often enough, for goodness and mercy will not just follow you, it will overtake you [Deuteronomy 28:2]. "And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God" (Deuteronomy 28:2).

3 There is one other possibility that the people who think they are Jews but are not are the monarchies and aristocrats of Europe. There are so many intermarriages among the elite of Europe that they are all related to each other somewhere. These people claim to be descended from the tribe of Judah via a union between Jesus and Mary Magdalene. True Christians won't buy this myth but how many people are true Christians? This lie is possibly the means by which the Antichrist secures his Kingdom since to be the Christ for Jews and Christians, the man must be a "lion" of the tribe of Judah. What if someone appeared bearing seemingly authentic papers showing his genealogy goes back to Jesus? Would he be received as the rightful heir to the throne of David? Jesus chastened the leaders of Jerusalem about receiving an imposter, but His testimony that He was God's anointed Son was unwelcome. "I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive" [John 5:43]. (Being)
